During my time at LEAP Africa, a pan-African nonprofit, I coordinated programs across multiple initiatives and locations. My work included Mastercard Foundation Associates Program (MFAP), Holy Child College Old Girls Association (HCCOGA) training, mentorship and student engagement, Social Innovators Programme and Awards (SIPA), and the Youth Leadership Development Program (YLDP).

Program Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement

I coordinated events and partner engagements, managed program communications and prepared event materials.

At the West Africa Deal Summit 2024, I managed onboarding and booth operations. I also managed Youth Leadership Development Program (YLDP) partnership engagement, a site visit to YDOS and related activities.

For the Holy Child College Old Girls Association (HCCOGA), I coordinated training, mentorship and participant engagement for 35 trainers and more than 700 students.

Across Mastercard Foundation Associates Program (MFAP), Social Innovators Programme and Awards (SIPA) and the Youth Leadership Development Program (YLDP), I coordinated events, managed stakeholder engagement and delivered program activities across multiple locations.
